The culinary journey will be led by one of our select chefs who will be your guide on this epicurean feast. Our chef will consult with you to design a custom menu that will include appetizers, two-course dinner, and dessert. But that’s not all. This experience is designed to be one of true luxury where you don’t lift a finger and can focus all your attention on celebrating with your guests and making amazing memories together.
At Chef’s Table we provide a dedicated server for seamless dinner service and a chef’s assistant to make sure your kitchen is left clean, tidy, and of course spotless. Sound amazing? If so, then all you need to do is set a date on the calendar and invite your guests to prepare for a night of dining in style, laughing with friends and celebrating the art of living well!

Chef Matthew Dolan
Chef Matthew Dolan has been passionately developing his culinary talents since he was fourteen years old. He received his formal training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and credits his work alongside professionals who honored the craft – including many “salty old European chefs” that ran well organized and disciplined kitchens – as providing him with the fundamentals he needed to excel. From New Orleans, New York City, Nantucket Island, and Helsinki, Finland, he has strived to improve his technique while being exposed to a variety of restaurant environments.
Dolan became part of the San Francisco dining scene with a successful run as executive chef at Garibaldi’s on Presidio. At Twenty Five Lusk Dolan realized his dream of building his own kitchen, where he continues to deliver inspired cuisine that demonstrates his passion and commitment to excellence. He is a member of the United States State Department Chef Corps, has been featured at the prestigious James Beard House on three occasions, earned a coveted Michelin Star, and continues to make numerous television and radio appearances here in the San Francisco Bay Area. In November of 2014, Dolan opened his second restaurant, Tap [415] in San Francisco’s Westfield Centre. Currently, Dolan also consults on restaurants throughout California, built two other restaurants in San Francisco, and teaches a quarterly workshop at The San Francisco Cooking School where he sits on their Board of Advisors. Also, The Culinary Institute of America recently awarded him the title of Ambassador following his commencement speech at his alma mater’s recent graduation ceremony.
Realizing his responsibility to the community, Dolan also supports Project Open Hand, the No Kid Hungry campaign, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Kristi Yamaguchi’s Always Dream Foundation, The American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society amongst many other local charities. The Center for Urban Education on Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA), The Academy of Sciences, Macys, and Bloomingdales also continue to feature Chef Dolan’s live cooking demonstrations. He also took the main stage for the past two years during San Francisco’s Eat Drink SF event, and he is the headlining chef presenter for the professional chefs cooking series sponsored by the Golden Gate Restaurant Association. His first cookbook, Simply Fish, was released in May of 2017. The inspiration was to bring fish back into the home kitchen and help people prepare delicious and easy meals for themselves and friends, enjoying the local bounty as well as health benefits.
Chef Brandon Peacock
Chef Brandon Peacock is well established in the Bay Area culinary scene and beyond. The experienced chef got his start at the California Culinary Academy in the 1990’s, then immediately jumped into the restaurant industry. He’s worked in many notable and well-established restaurants around the Bay Area. Venticello, Mua, Lungamare, Pican, Mac Daddy and Eve’s Waterfront to name a few. Peacock has also been featured as guest chef at top restaurants in other parts of the country and internationally.
Peacock has also had an impressive resume of television culinary fame—he was a Food Network Chopped champion, runner-up on Guy’s Grocery Games and a finalist on American’s Next Great Restaurant.
Peacock isn’t known for any particular style of food—whatever he does, he does well, whether it’s ramen from scratch, decadent mac and cheese, short ribs or rotisserie chicken. “I try to change as much as possible and take a new approach on the classics.Allow Chef Brandon to bring his diverse style, creativity, high energy, positive attitude to your next dining experience.
Chef Lamont Perriman
A dedicated foodie all his life and a businessman by education and trade, Chef Lamont Perriman successfully combines these passions in his entertaining and cooking. Born and raised in Oakland, CA – Lamont’s lifelong appreciation for food began at a young age and was inspired by his mother and father and cultural background. “I always wanted to eat first, and the best way to do that was to help in the kitchen. Food has always been a part of my family life and what eventually led me to this industry,” says Perriman. “I love how food is innately conversational and brings people and cultures together.”
Chef Lamont has enjoyed a successful career in hospitality. He has always had a natural organic ability within the culinary arts and has honed his skills professionally in various high-end food venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on locally sourced ingredients with farm to table flair. Chef Lamont jumpstarted his culinary career by running a kitchen in a local wine bar in Oakland. Most recently, Lamont was a Culinary Expert and Resident Chef for Williams-Sonoma. He simultaneously expanded his personal and private chef services including individual and group cooking lessons, cooking demonstrations, and private catering, while starting his company MPCE.
Chef Joann Guitarte
Joann Guitarte is the Executive Chef and Owner of Cafe Jolie, an award-winning restaurant in the West End Business District of Alameda, California. Joann’s love for cooking started as a child, growing up in Pampanga, known as the culinary capital of the Philippines. She grew up with three siblings but was the only child who could be found in the kitchen, learning to cook with her mother. This ignited her passion for creating memories and personal connections through food. She began her professional journey in San Francisco over 20 years ago and developed a fun and eclectic chef’s perspective while working in a variety of restaurants. In 2002 she opened her first independent venture, Bowzer’s Pizza with locations in San Francisco, Berkeley, and Alameda. This proved to be a great success, allowing her to bring a new approach to the pizza experience. Then in 2012 she launched Café Jolie. A French-inspired take on American breakfast and brunch. Café Jolie was an immediate favorite in Alameda winning “Best Breakfast/Brunch” year after year. This success only fueled her passion for creating more memorable culinary moments. In 2020 she launched Donut Petit, which won Best Doughnuts in Alameda in 2021 and 2022. Joann continues to challenge herself to expand her inner chef and bring amazing experiences to those who enjoy her food. You will not be disappointed when Chef Joann creates a dining experience for you and your guests. Bon Appetit!
